How do I create an account?
Click Register, choose a username and password, and you're ready to play. Entering a referral code is optional.
Is there a minimum age to play?
Yes — you must be 18 years old or above to register and play.
Deposits
What payment methods can I use?
GCash, Maya, and other methods shown on the
Deposit page. Available options may vary over time.
What are the deposit limits?
Minimum ₱100, maximum ₱100,000 per deposit.
How fast is my deposit credited?
Deposits are credited automatically once confirmed by the payment provider — usually within a minute. If it's been longer, check your Deposit history page before contacting support.
Withdrawals
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days. Minimum ₱200, maximum ₱50,000 per request.
Why is my withdrawal under review?
Withdrawals of ₱5,000 or more are automatically held for manual review before being sent — this is a routine security check, not a rejection.
Why can't I withdraw yet?
If you've claimed a bonus, it usually comes with a wagering requirement — you'll need to play through a certain amount before that balance can be withdrawn. Your dashboard shows how much more you need to wager, if any.
